Shipping policy

About shipment

Basically, orders placed by 10:00 on a business day will be shipped on the following business day, and orders placed after 10:00 will be shipped on the day after next. We will notify you by email once your order is ready to ship.

Business days (Monday through Friday)
Non-business days (basically weekends and Japanese holidays)
The shipping schedule for long holidays and temporary closures will be notified at the NEWS.
Please note that the shipping date may be delayed if there are any changes to your order.

About shipping fee

We will deliver by EMS for the international shipping. The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery area.
